Commercial Bay

Situated directly opposite Britomart Train Station, Commercial Bay is a 42-story retail and hospitality hub that was completed in June 2020. Pioneer assumed responsibilities from a previous supplier starting at Level 14. With extensive experience and a committed High-rise Pumping Team, Pioneer utilized one of our Static High-rise Pumps to deliver concrete all the way up to Level 42.
